Dr. Masha has wide-ranging experience in HIV, human rights, gender, sexual, and reproductive health programs gained from more than 20 years of experience as a public health expert at the national, regional, and global levels. Before her appointment, she served at the Kenya and Geneva offices of the United Nations Joint Programme for HIV and AIDS, ActionAid International, Engender Health and Family Health Options of Kenya. Dr. Masha holds a PhD in Public Health from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Master of Science in Public Health.
